Delivery and Returns Policy

Janine Jacques will ship artwork within the UK, Europe and the Rest of the World.

Postage is priced on its weight, size and value/ worth. All customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay. If you don’t live in the UK please check customs and duty fees to pay before purchasing.

Please Note: I will post most all orders (except Greeting Cards) as tracked / and / or sign for – I have no control over delays caused by our postal service, customs or international carriers. Please check the tracking information provided if your item doesn’t arrive when expected.

Returns

Janine Jacques would like you to be  happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy please contact Janine Jacques within 7 days of deliveryPlease contact her via the contact form and include the following information: -Your name -The title of the piece -the date of purchase -the purchase price, the reason for requesting a return.

If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damaged art/frame AND a photo of the damaged packaging. 

The return postage is the responsibility of the customer, including insuring the artworks in transit to its full value.

Please wait for authorisation via email from Janine Jacques that your return has been authorised BEFORE posting.

Please return it in the original packaging if possible.

Your refund will be processed when the return has been received, assuming the artwork is received in a saleable condition.

All shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the returned item fee.

Please check all items upon delivery, and report any damage to Janine Jacques within 7 days via the contact form.

Janine Jacques will issue return payments using the same payment details that were used to purchase the artwork. 

Refunds will be processed within 1 week of the item being returned the payment can take an additional 10 working days to show in your account.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can not guarentee a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift vouchers
  • Downloadable  products
  • Sale items / Offer items
  • Commissions

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Accepted Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check the bank account that you paid with again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via our contact form.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or offers cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Original artworks can not be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via our contact form and request a returns address.
