My process

My process begins with my own photography from locations I’ve personally visited. I immerse myself in the experience observing the sky, the shifting light, and the feeling of the place to create an artwork that is more than just a representation, it’s a memory brought to life.

Drawing on my Fine Art degree, I start with a charcoal sketch or collage before moving on to an expressive oil pastel painting. The richness and vibrancy of oil pastels allow me to layer colours, build depth and create a painterly, textured effect that makes each piece unique.
